Abigails accepts a minimum opening order of $400.00. We send all first-time orders Net 30 (with approved credit) or pre-paid (credit card or pro forma). In order to receive Net 30 terms, you must have an acceptable credit rating with Lyon Credit Services. If you are not rated, a credit reference sheet is required. References must list a bank as well as four trade references with complete addresses, account numbers, telephone numbers, fax numbers and e-mail addresses. Please allow two weeks for credit verification.
The minimum re-order amount is $200.
Invoices are payable in full 30 days from invoice date. Abigails charges 1.5% interest per month on late invoices. Abigails subscribes to and reports all credit activity to Lyon Credit Services. Neither orders nor back orders will be shipped until all past due invoices are paid. No deductions are allowed without Abigails prior approval. Prices are subject to change without notice. An NSF fee of $30 will be charged for those checks returned to us by the issuing bank. Abigails accepts all major credit cards.
Order changes and cancellations must be made in writing and should be mailed, e-mailed or faxed to our office at once.
Abigails will always ship your order as complete as possible. Items not in stock will be backordered unless specified differently. Backorders less than $50 will automatically be cancelled unless otherwise requested. Abigails charges an additional $5 drop ship fee per order. For opening orders less than $400 or re-orders less than $200, a $25.00 under-the-minimum fee will apply.
For opening orders of $400 or more and re-orders of $200 or more: shipping charges are based upon published U.P.S. / FedEx rates. Backorders will also be billed at these rates at the time of shipment.
Actual freight rates apply to standard commercial delivery. Residential delivery or accessorial services (inside delivery, lift gate, arrival notices, appointments, re-delivery, etc.) will incur additional freight charges. Abigails reserves the right to alter shipping policy and rates without notice.
Upon receipt, please inspect all merchandise immediately. You must contact our office within 5 days of receipt of goods in order to file a claim for damaged, flawed or incorrect merchandise. It is the customer's responsibility to maintain all original packaging materials, including original boxes, for carrier inspection. A call tag will be issued for damaged, flawed or incorrect merchandise. You will not be charged for replacement items; do not deduct from your original invoice. It is the customer's responsibility to properly package all returned items; credit will not be given for returned items received damaged due to improper packaging. Replacements requiring motor freight shipment may be credited to your account rather than replaced due to high costs associated with motor freight shipments.
Abigails charges a 20% restocking fee for customer refusal of orders without cancel dates, orders shipped prior to the indicated cancel date, or any unauthorized return. Discontinued or un-sellable merchandise will not be accepted as returned goods for credit.
Your order will be consolidated into the least number of boxes possible. An invoice will be attached to the box or first box of your order. Should you require, the invoice will be emailed or mailed separately — contact our office for details.
It is our intention to deliver the highest quality products. As such, we feel it is important that you and your customers understand that our products are hand-crafted and by nature may contain small irregularities, bubbles, or slight variations in color. These are hallmarks of handmade merchandise and are not considered defective or flawed.
